July 4 Music, Food, Wine & Fireworks
We begin the celebration of American Independence with the Great Sounds of Zizzlebolt playing their original music and classics from the 50s, 60s, and 70s. The cover charge, $10 per person, will go to Harvest House to help them provide school supplies for youngsters whose parents can't do that. On our Barrel Stave Deck, from 5-7 pm.
When the band is done the grill will be ready -- we offer Hot Dogs or Burgers with all the "Fixins" and assorted chips. Both the Hot Dogs and Burgers are from grass fed beef -- both tastier and healthier than you are used to. We get these directly from the North Texas producers, so we must have a reservation to insure that we have enough on hand. Your cost will be $11 for either one burger or two hot dogs, chips and a glass of wine.
While we eat there will likely be some fireworks in the distance. After we've eaten we'll move to our prime Fireworks Viewing Location to enjoy the Burleson Fireworks display with a glass of wine [but no crowds or traffic hassles].
Bring Lawn Chairs and a Picnic if you like. Wine by the glass [$5] or bottle will be available as well as bottled water and soda. No beverages may be brought to the winery [TABC Rules].

If it's not so nice the Barrel Room is fine.
Join us for a relaxing evening sharing food with friends,
and making new friends. Your only cost is for the wine, by the glass or bottle.
Every 3rd Friday of the month [except for December] from 5:30-10pm!

JULY 2010 " CHILL OUT "
Follow the Cross Timbers Wine Trail and " CHILL OUT " in July. We've joined with 5 other wineries to offer you something cool to do and great value the last 3 weekends in July.
Visit the wineries July 17 & 18, July 24 & 25 and/or July 31 & August 1. At each winery you'll Taste 3 Chillin' Wines, have snacks and collect a souvenir.
Visit all six wineries to receive a custom wine chiller and be entered in a drawing for a grand prize of a bottle of wine from each winery!
All of this for only $20 per person [$35 per couple]. Purchase tickets on line at Cross Timbers Wine Trail.
